Most digital songs are delivered within 48–72 hours once your story brief is confirmed; keepsakes such as vinyl take longer and ship separately. Every song is different, so timing depends on the song, the production route and the format. We confirm your delivery date with your quote — tell us your wedding date when you write. How much does a song cost?
Every song is personalised, so pricing is on request. Tell us what you have in mind and we will send you a quote. Couples who book through one of our approved wedding planner partners receive preferred pricing.
What is the difference between AI-Produced, Hybrid and Human Producer?
All three share the same creative direction. AI-Produced is created with AI music tools; Hybrid starts as an AI-assisted draft and is finished by a human producer; Human Producer is written and produced by a human producer. We will help you choose the right route for your moment.
How long does it take?
It depends on the song, the production route and any keepsake format. We confirm your delivery date with your quote — tell us your wedding date when you write.
Can our song be played at the ceremony?
Usually, yes — but religious and civil ceremonies may have their own rules about music, so please check with your officiant and venue.
Is the song exclusively ours?
It is written only for you and it is an original composition. Because the law around AI-assisted music is still developing, we do not promise exclusive copyright, and similar-sounding music may exist. Your usage rights are set out in your quote.
Can you include a parent's or friend's voice?
Only with that person's explicit permission. We never clone or imitate anyone's voice.
Our wedding planner isn't a partner yet. Can we still book?
Of course. You can always book directly. If you like, you can tell us about your planner and — only with your permission — we will invite them to our partner programme.
Which languages can my song be in?
English, Italian, Spanish, German and French. A song can also mix two languages; tell us in your request.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. After you hear the first draft you can request revisions to the lyrics or style; the number of revision rounds is confirmed in your quote.
What file formats will I receive?
Your song is delivered as a high-quality MP3. WAV files and separate stems are available on request for DJs, bands or videographers.
What happens to the story and details I share?
We use them only to create your song and reply to your request. They are kept for 12 months and never sold or used for
